Mike Pence is the sixth Republican candidate to suspend his campaign, leaving just nine candidates left. Here is my updated list of candidates and my prediction on their chances to drop out before we vote in Iowa in January.
Donald Trump - 0% Chance to Drop Out
Ron DeSantis - 0% Chance to Drop Out
Nikki Haley - 25% Chance to Drop Out
Chris Christie - 35% Chance to Drop Out
Ryan Binkley - 40% Chance to Drop Out
Vivek Ramaswamy - 45% Chance to Drop Out
Tim Scott - 50% Chance to Drop out
Doug Burgum - 90% Chance to Drop Out
Asa Hutchinson - 95% Chance to Drop Out
Mike Pence - October 28, 2023
Larry Elder - October 26, 2023
Perry Johnson - October 20, 2023
Corey Stapleton - October 13, 2023
Will Hurd - October 9, 2023
Francis Suarez - August 29, 2023
Mike Pence was one of the most personable candidates, but with so many candidates in the race, he was finding it difficult to garner enough traction to sustain his campaign. Unlike Larry Elder, who endorsed Trump when he suspended his campaign, Mike Pence did not endorse any other candidate during his suspension announcement.
We received one mailing yesterday from AFP Action, putting them into third place with the Burgum Super PAC.
