A Targeted Attack That Misses
Your Social Security and Medicare will be cut and the retirement age will increase to 70. Does that scare or concern you? Trump's Super PAC thinks it does.
When we first moved to northwest Iowa, everyone around us seemed to be in that age group where this type of attack ad would have been hitting the right targets. Every neighbor was older than us significantly. Now, nearly 18 years later, every single neighbor is younger than us.
Perhaps I am unique to my age group, but I have resigned to the fact years ago that all these government programs are not really going to exist when I reach the age of using them, at least not as they are now. So this type of attack ad, does not work on me.
